Dear Lord please be with us this day and may the Holy Spirit please show us the paths that You would have us take on this day. Please give us the understanding and wisdom that we need to keep from being dismayed and discouraged by what we see and hear Your children say and do as life goes on in Your creation. Dear Lord please may the Holy Spirit encourage us with positive insight even in the face of the negative talk and actions that can be so loud around us. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
