Dear Lord please be with us this day and may the Holy Spirit please be guiding and protecting us in all that we say and do. Please give us the wisdom not to promise to do more than we can, and to do what we can out of love, and in Your name, and using the abilities that You give us. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
