Alive

Dear Lord please be with us today and please may this be a good day to be alive. Help us to feel the Holy Spirit inside our bodies as we are inspired to try new things, if only in our imagination. Develop in us enough confidence to do something artistic, or creative, and only things that come to us as we move inside the freedom given by the Holy Spirit, maybe inspired by something in creation like the song of a bird, or a particular verse from scripture. Help us to have new energy, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.

Dear Lord please be with us today and keep us safe and guide us. Please may the Holy Spirit touch us this day and give us insight and the ability to understand where we have come in this life and to feel Your presence when we need hope and confidence to keep moving forward in the direction that Your Will dictates, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.

Dear Lord please be with us today and may this day be good for Your Kingdom. Help us to be a good listener and to learn to plant Your seeds of the love of Your Kingdom in conversations whether we are hearing wisdom or the words of a fool. Help us to only speak as the Holy Spirit guides us and not to add to what foolish thoughts are already said. Dear Lord please be with us today and may the things that we try to do work out alright and for the best. Give us the common sense not to demand our own way but to cooperate with others and try to solve problems while they are small and before they become large disagreements. I have things to do today that I have never done before, please be with me and guide me and may the experiences that I have be treasured memories after today. Dear Lord please be with us today and may we use good judgement in the decisions that we make. Please may this be a good day and may we not pass up opportunities to make it better for those we meet as we go about our business of shopping and traveling that brings us into contact and interchange of action and converse with others. Please may Your love be a force that overcomes the negative flow of thought generated by selfish forces in our society, and may acts of love be more and more commonly welcome news to hear.

Honesty

Dear Lord please be with us today and may this be a good day. Dear Lord please forgive my sins, and help me not to fear my honesty when I meet new people, even when my true personality and character shows through by things that I say or do. May I see that this open honesty is better than trying to put on a false act of piety that is not the real person that I am. Please may the Holy Spirit guide me and protect me from the worldly character that my culture has formed and use this crude form to reach people that I can bring closer to the Lord in their times of need. For the Best

Dear Lord thank you for all of the great gifts that You have given us and please may worry not gain power over us today. Help me to gain in strength by realizing all of the times in my life when things seemed bleak only to turn out just the way they should according to Your will and timing. Dear Lord please be with us today and please give us the strength to be independent from those who would be negative about the future, and may our thinking and approach to challenges be as You would have them. Help us to realize that Your Kingdom is growing even stronger as Your adversaries flounder around trying to establish false kingdoms based on greed and selfish motives. Things work out

Dear Lord please be with us on this day and help us to be positive in our thoughts. Help us to feel Your presence through the Holy Spirit and realize that future happenings are under Your control and that Your will is going to be done on earth as it is in heaven. Please hold us in Your love and protection and may the negative speech of others have no power over us. In Jesus Christ name we pray amen.
