Dependence

Dear Lord please be with us this day and may the Holy Spirit please be guiding and protecting us in all that we say and do on this day. Please show us how dependent on You we are and please help us to be confident of our actions as we interact with Your children, not because of our own hand on the helm of our life's voyage, but because of our knowing that our every breath of air we take and every beat that our heart takes to move our blood, happen only according to Your Omnipotent and All Powerful Will. Please use us as You can to further Your Work and help others as we continue to seek Your Kingdom. Thank You for all of the great gifts and blessings that You have given us and please forgive our sins the same as we forgive the mistakes of others, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.

Joh 15:1 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. 
Joh 15:2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

Joh 15:4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

Joh 15:6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.
