Dear Lord please be with us this day and may the things that we try to do work out alright and for the best. Please may the Holy Spirit be with us, guiding us in deed and thought and instructing us in how to have the virtues of patience and love survive, even when just our own mental survival seems to be at risk. Please give us the energy of love with longsuffering that has won many victories that we have witnessed in years gone by. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
