Dear Lord please be with us this day and help us to have a good attitude about how things happen on this day. Help us to realize that all problems are not of the same magnitude and that some problems are just part of living and not life and death.Please may we understand that even tho at the time it may seem that our world is falling in on us and that we cannot deal with what we cannot control, a moment of prayer at times like these of stressful dealings will make a difference and if we turn to the Holy Spirit for calm guidance and peace of mind. May we learn to take all of our problems to the Lord no matter how large or small they seem and we will find relief and comfort, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
