Dear Lord please be with us this day and thank You for all of the great gifts that You have given us.Thank You for the contrast in Your creation that makes every thing so wonderful to perceive, from the changing colors and textures of nature that can be simple enough to intrigue all who pause to smell the roses to the magnificence of the depths of the sea and expanse of the universe of which no man can comprehend the wonders of Your Power, Glory, and Kingdom. Please may the Love of the Holy Spirit overcome the greed and hate in the world which seem to be contrasts that have been plaguing the spirit of mankind since our beginning, and please may the comfort of the Holy Spirit be in our hearts and help us realize that the condition of the world is not a burden that the Lord has given us and that His Will is being done on earth as it is in heaven, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
