To Find Rest In God's Grace

Dear Lord please be with us this day and please may Your Holy Spirit be guiding and protecting us in every thing that we say and do. Thank You for all of the great gifts and the blessings and the protection that You give us and please forgive our sins the same as we forgive the mistakes of others.

Dear Lord please help us understand that Your Grace is beyond our ability to comprehend because it is so wonderful and above any merit that we could have, or deserve except in our hoped for conclusion to answered prayers, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.

The concept of grace in Christianity is central to understanding the role of Jesus Christ in the salvation of believers. Grace, in Christian theology, refers to the unmerited favor and the divine love of God extended to humanity, particularly through the sacrifice and teachings of Jesus Christ. It plays a pivotal role in the Christian understanding of salvation.

The trials of the Christian life you shall find heavy, but...grace will make them light. -Spurgeon

KJV.*

Mt 11:27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.

Mt 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Mt 11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

Mt 11:30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

1Jo 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

Mic 6:8 He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?
