To Become As Little Children

 

Dear Lord please be with us this day and please may Your Holy Spirit be guiding and protecting us in every thing that we say and do. Thank You for all of the great gifts and the blessings and the protection that You give us and please forgive our sins the same as we forgive the mistakes of others.

Dear Lord please lead us into clear thought and purpose as we mix and mingle with Your Children in Your Creation while seeking Your Kingdom among the temptations of hate and greed that are so strong in this world where we are being trained from birth to compete for dominance and to claim superiority over the weak even as God's Word is contrary to this line of thought and is not easy to understand nor comply with, Why is this? 

Dear Lord please lead us into having the right values, and priorities and attitudes and patience with understanding and wisdom and to be unselfish and humble, as we are exposed to the innocence of childish faith without the stains of adulthood, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
