Status or Wealth

Dear Lord please be with us this day and please may Your Holy Spirit be guiding and protecting us in every thing that we say and do. Please give us wisdom and understanding about the true values that make a satisfied life, so that we can share this knowledge with others. Let us see that if we had worldly status and wealth our morning cup of coffee would not taste any better, the song of the mocking bird would not be any sweeter, nor would the kiss of a child or other loved one be any softer. Thank You for all of the great gifts and blessings and protection that You have given us and please forgive our sins the same as we forgive the mistakes of others. In Jesus Christ name we pray, amen.
