Dear Lord please be with us this day and may the Holy Spirit please be guiding and protecting us as we go about dealing with the duties and chores that must be finished by days end. Please enlighten our understandings with the truths that are eternal and please give us the wisdom to accept the blessings and comfort that comes from giving up control and surrendering our will for Yours. Please light the paths that You would have us tread and give us the strength and courage to persevere when we must. Thank You for all of the great gifts and blessings that You have given us and please forgive our sins the same as we forgive the mistakes of others, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
