Dear Lord please be with us this day and may we not let our aches and pains from physical over doing or social missteps prevent us from having a positive and productive day. Please may the Holy Spirit give us the wisdom not to let social aches and pains prevent us from having a good day because of something that is now done and behind us, and may we now move on to have a productive day in spite of our physical aches and pains. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
