Dear Lord please be with us this day, lead us not into temptation, and may we hear the Holy Spirit's urging to do the unselfish thing, or to not do the selfish thing. Please help us to learn to fill the void left by abstaining from the selfish things with things of wonder that You can show us. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
