Dear Lord please be with us this day and please may the Holy Spirit guide and protect us from our tongue and the evil temptation to say things that will be hurtful or cause bad memories that would be future roadblocks to love and good memories. Please show us a path to tolerance and patience with understanding and love, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
