Dear Lord please help us to find refuge with Your Spirit when we feel overcome with things too much for us to bare alone. May we fall into Your care and comforting as soon as we feel the anguish of the burden whatever it may be. Thank You for all of Your great gifts, please give us understanding on this day, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
