Words and Deeds

Dear Lord please be with us this day and may the Holy Spirit please be guiding and protecting us on this day in every deed and thought. Please help us to speak clearly and wisely where we can make a difference, and show silent wisdom where words would not be heard nor understood. Please lead us to perform deeds that will speak louder than words, and please protect us from words that might hurt and discourage us, as we interact with others. Please show us that doing what good we can with what we have to work with can overcome the evil in our lives through the power of Jesus the Christ. Thank You for all of the great gifts and blessings that You have given us and please forgive our sins the same as we forgive the mistakes of others, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
