Balancing

Dear Lord please be with us this day and may the Holy Spirit be guiding and protecting us as we travel the paths of this day. Please help us make wise choices and pick values and priorities to follow that will take us into Your presence with understanding as we seek Your Kingdom. Please help us understand and accept that the balancing that is done in accordance to Your Will in Your Creation is beyond our comprehension, and that we must accept with faith that You are the Omnipotent Creator and it is by Your design that we exist. Please help us see that You continue to prune and shape Your Creation as we might visualise the pruning of a vine by the gardener or the shaping of a vessel by the potter. Please enter into our thinking and give us the strength we need to handle the adversity put before us, and lead us away from the lustful temptations of hate and greed all around us. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
