Happy Is He Whoso Trusteth In The Lord

Dear Lord please be with us this day and please may Your Holy Spirit be guiding and protecting us in every thing that we say and do. Thank You for all of the great gifts and the blessings and the protection that  You give us and please forgive our sins the same as we forgive the mistakes of others.

Dear Lord please lead us into the wisdom that we may find through prayer as we mix and mingle with Your Children while seeking Your Kingdom among the temptations of this world even when understanding is not for us to have and we only can seek through the mysteries of life, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.

Quotation:

Understanding is the reward of faith.  Therefore seek not to understand that thou mayest believe, but believe that thou mayest understand. -St. Augustine

KJV*

Pr 20:15 There is gold, and a multitude of rubies: but the lips of knowledge are a precious jewel.

Pr 8:11 For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it.

Pr 16:16 How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!

Pr 16:17 The highway of the upright is to depart from evil: he that keepeth his way preserveth his soul.

Pr 16:18 Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.

Pr 16:19 Better it is to be of an humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud.

Pr 16:20 He that handleth a matter wisely shall find good: and whoso trusteth in the LORD, happy is he.

Pr 16:21The wise in heart shall be called prudent: and the sweetness of the lips increaseth learning.

Pr 16:22 Understanding is a wellspring of life unto him that hath it: but the instruction of fools is folly.
