To Be Spiritually Minded

Dear Lord please be with us this day and please may Your Holy Spirit be guiding and protecting us in every thing that we say and do. Thank You for all of the great gifts and the blessings and the protection that You give us and please forgive our sins the same as we forgive the mistakes of others.

Dear Lord please lead us into paths so that we may become wiser and stronger as we mix and mingle with Your Children in Your Creation while seeking Your Kingdom even as we are struggling with the temptations and desires of lust that are at every turn it seems as we must learn how to satisfy the carnal values that are built into our nature from the beginning of time, whether for good or for bad, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.

KJV*

Ro 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

Ro 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

Ro 8:8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

Ro 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

Ro 8:10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

Ro 8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Ro 8:12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.

Ro 8:13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

Ro 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

Ga 6:8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

Ga 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
