To Be Led By God's Spirit

 

Dear Lord please be with us this day and please may Your Holy Spirit be guiding and protecting us in every thing that we say and do. Thank You for all of the great gifts and the blessings and the protection that You give us and please forgive our sins the same as we forgive the mistakes of others.

Dear Lord please lead us into sowing seeds that will spring up to be in our memories as gentle thoughts of prideful thoughts of Your Love and generous desires being fulfilled and not memories of our selfish disdain for the lowly downtrodden who are not as fortunate as we are as we come to understand that what we sow is what we shall endure, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.

Ro 8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Ro 8:12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.

Ro 8:13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

Ro 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
