Dear Lord please be with us this day and may the Holy Spirit please be guiding and protecting us in all things that we say and do on this day. Please give us the strength and wisdom to overcome and outsmart depressive thoughts by counting our blessings and seeking the grace of Your presence and Your Kingdom. Dear Lord please give us energy and then lead us to use the energy productively to do and think positively as we live and use our days in Your creation. Thank You for all of the great gifts and blessings that You have given us and please forgive our sins the same as we forgive the mistakes of others. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
