Cruelty

Dear Lord please be with us today and may this be a good day for us and people that we have contact with, and the whole world. May we not insist that the world be perfect according to our view and that all i's be dotted and t's crossed according to our perfectionist views of Your Will. May the cruelty of criticism not always be at our first inclination on how to best witness to the Gospel Of Jesus Christ our savior. May love of our fellow men dominate the direction of our thoughts and may we not fall into the temptation of deciding who deserves the love of God. In Jesus Christ name we pray, amen.

Mt 7:3 KJV And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Mt 7:4 KJV Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
Mt 7:5 KJV Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.
1Co 13:4 KJV Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up
