Values That We Absorb

Dear Lord please be with us this day and may Your Holy Spirit please be guiding and protecting us in every thing that we say and do. Thank You for all of the great gifts and blessings that You have given us and please forgive our sins the same as we forgive the mistakes of others.
Dear Lord please lead us on paths of simple child like acceptance and understanding and daily use of Your Word and may we please not make the meanings of Your Word too complicated to explain to others or to grasp the meaning of for us ourselves to understand.
Dear Lord please lead us on paths of righteousness where our motives and priorities and feelings of comfort and safety, will be formed from the values we absorb from the humble love found in the teaching of Jesus Christ, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
