Dear Lord please be with us this day and please help us to realize how fortunate we are to have the wealth of all the gifts that You have given us. May the Holy Spirit be with us in thought and deed and find ways to remind us of our good fortune so we can be thankful while we still have the gifts to enjoy, instead of having to lose a gift to realize it's value. May we please be guided through the paths and trails of our life so as not to cause harm to anyone because of some selfish motive that we may have, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
