Dear Lord please be with us this day and may we become prepared to cope with the suddenness of life's emergencies. Help us to absorb the power and energy available in Your Word and total trust in the Holy Spirit. Help us to live each day with confidence that if a sudden emergency happens to come, the strength to handle it will be provided, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
