And To Wait For His Son From Heaven

 

Dear Lord please be with us this day and please may Your Holy Spirit be guiding and protecting us in every thing that we say and do. Thank You for all of the great gifts and the blessings and the protection that You give us and please forgive our sins the same as we forgive the mistakes of others.

Dear Lord please lead us into the experiences of witnessing to the wonders of Your Creation and Your Design of love over hate and good over evil as we mix and mingle with Your Children while seeking Your Kingdom among the temptations of this world even when we are weakened and poor when we are left to explain the mysteries of intelligent design even when the teachings of Jesus Christ are so evident and apparent to the beholder as we study Your Word, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.

Ec 1:17 And I gave my heart to know wisdom, and to know madness and folly: I perceived that this also is vexation of spirit.

Ec 1:18 For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.

Ec 12:12 And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh. 

Ec 12:13  Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

De 10:12 And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,

Mic 6:8 He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

Ho 6:6 For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.

Joh 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

1Th 1:9 For they themselves shew of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God;

1Th 1:10 And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.
