Competition

Dear Lord please be with us this day and please may Your Holy Spirit be guiding and protecting us in every thing that we say and do. Thank You for all of the great gifts and blessings and protection that You give us and please forgive our sins the same as we forgive the mistakes of others.
Dear Lord please be leading us into paths of righteousness and brotherly love for this day and please show us the apparent and true way into Your Kingdom as we try to see the way around the competition and temptations of lust and materialism that is taking our energy away from where it should be as we seek Your Peace and Joy for life, in Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.

Mt 18:2 And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,
Mt 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Mt 18:4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Lu 22:24 And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest.
Lu 22:25 And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.
Lu 22:26 But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.
